The Foods program at Saddleback College is designed to train students for career applications in the food and hospitality industries in entry-level or intermediate and experienced positions. Employment may include roles such as cooks and food service workers in specialty restaurant operations, food and beverage service, fast food operations, and food service in schools, daycare centers, and senior living facilities. This program also offers coursework for those currently working in the food and hospitality industry seeking professional improvement.
