The Art History coursework at Saddleback College is designed to develop an understanding of historical and contemporary art forms, including examples of painting, sculpture, and architecture from various cultures and time periods. The Art History program will benefit students interested in pursuing employment in fields such as museum education, museum curating, gallery design, art sales, studio art, art criticism, and teaching.
