About This Event
Join us and celebrate the great work of Saddleback College fashion students beginning at 5:30pm with a delightful reception outside the McKinney Theatre featuring appetizers, music and more!
The show itself begins at 7pm in the McKinney Theatre with doors opening at 6:30pm. Featured categories include: corset, evening wear, ready-to-wear, street wear and wearable art. Work will be judged on construction, creativity and presentation with 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes in each category. Finally, industry judges will select the Best in Show, and the winner will receive a prize of $500.
Event planning, production, promotion and coordination provided by students in the Fashion 147 class. Hair and makeup are styled by SABA Beauty Academy, Saddleback Beauty Academy and Santa Ana Beauty Academy. Appetizers prepared by the Department of Culinary Arts.
