Biography
Prior to joining Saddleback College, she spent 7 years working at CSU Fullerton directly supporting first-year students, student veterans, and former foster youth. Silvia is a first-generation college student and the first in her family to earn an undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degree. She is passionate about supporting students to develop their goals, maximize their strengths, and build leadership skills. Through her coaching style, she hopes to focus on building awareness of your strengths as you build your future plans.
