Biography
With the exception of a four year hiatus, I have been facilitating English courses at several community colleges since earning my Master of Fine Arts degree in May of 2007. After my leave of absence, I returned to the vocation in 2015 because I am genuinely thrilled to help develop original thinkers who are prepared to write engaging critical essays in a variety of disciplines. When I am not teaching, I find time to work on my own writing, which is endlessly challenging and totally worth the occasional insomnia. I have been teaching at Saddleback College since the summer of 2015.
