In honor of Women’s History Month in March, Saddleback VETS is teaming up with IVC Veterans Services to host the Women Veteran Networking Forum at the Irvine Valley College Performing Arts Center on Thursday, March 6, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Join us for an empowering day dedicated to fostering connections among women veterans.
Come for an inspiring day with women veterans as they share their journeys and the impact of personal values on leadership and professional growth. Bring a friend with you as we re-ignite the values that empower us to lead and serve in meaningful ways — all community members are welcome to join us for this special day. This event will provide a supportive space to explore how to identify and implement our core values in life and work, with a focus on higher education as a way to align values with career aspirations. Meet these remarkable women who have turned their military experiences into meaningful successes and gain insights to help us reconnect with our values and shape a fulfilling future together.
This year’s theme, “Re-Ignite Your Values,” aims to inspire participants to reflect on the core values that drive their personal and professional journeys. We will explore how these values can be revisited and revitalized through engaging discussions and workshops, providing a foundation for continued growth and success. This forum offers a unique opportunity for women to share their experiences, support one another, and build lasting relationships within the community. We invite all participants to embrace this journey of reconnection and self-discovery as we collectively celebrate our shared experiences and triumphs.
Lunch is provided. Complimentary parking will be available in Lot 5, adjacent to the Performing Arts Center.
Note: Attire is entirely at your discretion; no formal dress code exists. We also recognize that it may be a lengthy day. You are welcome to attend the panel and workshops at your convenience. Please feel free to come and go as needed.
