Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG)
Seven UC campuses offer guaranteed admission to California community college students who meet specific requirements. By participating in a Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG) program, students receive early review of their academic records, early admission notification, and specific guidance about major preparation and general education coursework.

How do I get a TAG?
You need to schedule an appointment with a Transfer Center Counselor. If you meet the TAG requirements for the specific campus and major, the counselor will do the paperwork with you. We schedule our appointments on Fridays, starting at 8:00 a.m. for the following week.
TAP is the Transfer Alliance Program. It is a collaboration between local community college Honors/Scholars Programs in conjunction with Undergraduate Admissions and Relations with Schools.
