Additional Comments	I have a room (11 x 12.5) with private bathroom in a nice, very clean, two bedroom house in quiet Capo Beach neighborhood, just a few blocks from the beach, and close to Dana Point Harbor. Wi-Fi, cable, laundry, hardwood floors, modern kitchen and fireplace. Unfurnished, but I can provide some furnishings. No overnight guests and no pets – I have a 3 year old indoor cat! $775 + $500 deposit + utilities negotiable. This a perfect location near the beach, but easy access to the 5 and 73. All shopping (Trader Joes, Costco, Ralph's, Starbucks) and the Amtrak/Metrolink Train station nearby.

We have a very Large apartment in the Camden apartments off crown valley. Less than a mile from school very walkable. The room can be rented for 850 a month or it can split between 2 people for 400 each. The apartment is the largest model in the complex and is on the first level (very convenient). I am a white male in his thirties, educated professional and travel at least once a month. The 5 and 73 freeways are about a 5 minute drive away. I am looking for a professional female roommate who is responsible, nice, clean and can pay their rent on time. The 2 rooms for $800 have either hillside or city view and share a big bathroom with duel vanity, easy street parking. The room for $1000 has private bathroom in the room, hillside views, and parking in the garage. The house is amazing with ocean and hillside views! The beach is about a 5 minute drive away and there are hiking trails right outside our front door! If that wasn't enough you'll also have full use of the pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, Wifi and outside fireplace.
