Faculty Concerns (not grade related)
When you feel that you have a valid concern or complaint about a faculty member, all effort should be made to resolve this concern or complaint directly with the faculty member on an informal level. However, should your concern be unresolved, please complete the following report and submit this report to the Division Dean, Dr. Flanigan.
