Focus: We briefly met to choose a group chairperson and to solidify our meeting times until January 2010.
Outcome:
Patti Flanigan and Blake Stephens will serve as co-chairs. Meetings were scheduled for November 10th, 17th, and 24th from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in HS 207.

Focus: We reviewed the pertinent information posted on our group website. The remaining time was spent on the "group assignment" and revising it to meet the needs of the group.
Outcome: The following adjustments were made to our group assignment.
Group Assignment - Follow these steps to complete the SMART Goal Setting Worksheet.
- Form a small taskforce or simply solicit input from people in your immediate area.
- Complete the SMART Goal Setting Worksheet based on the input from the above people.
- Submit your SMART Goal Setting Worksheet (as much as you can get completed) to
Patti Flanigan at pflanigan@saddleback.edu by 4 p.m. on November 16th.
- Your SMART Goal Setting Worksheet will be posted on our site.

Focus: We narrowed down our area goals (as of November 16th) to a select few.
Outcome: A number of group members have been assigned to convert our "rough draft" goals into SMART goals. All SMART goals are due to pflanigan@saddleback.edu on or before November 24th at 8 a.m.
Our final meeting for the year will be on November 24th from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in HS 207.

Focus: We finalized our goals to be submitted to the Planning and Budget Steering Committee.
Outcome: Check out: Recommended SMART Goals (as of November 24th). These recommended goals will be submitted to the Planning and Budget Steering Committee on or before December 3, 2009 at 2 p.m. All committee members are encouraged to review and make any recommended changes to these goals prior to December 3, 2009 at 8 a.m.

Group Activity:
By February 24th at noon, please electronically send to Patti Flanigan any revisions to our first draft of recommended strategies (as of 2/11) and any other strategies that you would like to see included under our SMART Goals.
