Thursday, November 14th at 7:00 p.m. in SSC 212. One of the most powerful lesbian films of all time, this German release documents the true story of two women who fell in love during World War II. Felice Schragenheim is a Jewish woman living under an assumed name in Nazi Germany when she falls in love with Lilly Wust, the wife of a soldier. Because her husband is off fighting with Hitler's army, Felice ends up moving in with Lilly and a tender, passionate love affair ensues. And all this set against the backdrop of a raging war, destroying the neighboring cities and coming closer and closer to their home in Berlin.
