You must purchase your book prior to the first class in both classes and in Health 1 you will need to make sure you purchase the "Connect" with your book. The "Introduce Yourself" section is your first assignment.
Dr. McElroy has been teaching at Saddleback College since 1999. He has taught numerous courses, but currently teaches Surfing, Beach Volleyball, Golf, Sports Psychology and Football. He wrote the curriculum for the surfing program at Saddleback and this curriculum has been used now at other community colleges. He is in the process of developing the recreation program at Saddleback and is excited about the prospect of the future in this discipline.
He speaks nationally on numerous football topics and is a well sought after speaker. He is the Head Football Coach at Saddleback College and a comprehensive bio. can be found on the college football website. In addition to his coaching duties, he has held numerous leadership positions and written several articles and one book, "Coaching the No-Huddle Offense". He enjoys reading, surfing and camping.
