Welcome to my faculty page. I am an Associate Professor teaching business law classes. In 2009, I taught Intellectual Property classes at Saddleback in the Business Department. I currently teach Business Law and the Legal Environment of Business.

I have been practicing law for almost 20 years with a primary emphasis on intellectual property, employment, business, and corporate matters. Most of my early career was in the litigation arena, but later on I developed a transactional side to my practice. Currently, I am the founding member of McCliman Law Firm, APC.

Since 2006, I have taught Intellectual Property, Contracts, and Civil Trials and Evidence in the Paralegal Studies program at Coastline Community College. I have also written several articles and speak often on the topics of Intellectual Property, Civil Trials and Evidence, Employment, and Contracts.

When I am not practicing law, I enjoy playing soccer, cycling, practicing pilates, and reading. I also enjoy blogging about legal issues of interest to me.
