As a small child, I dreamed of becoming a teacher and have fond memories of "playing school" with my stuffed animal as my students.  I feel fortunate to have been able to pursue my dream of being a teacher. 

I have been in the field of education for 19 years.  Prior to joining Saddleback College in 2002, I taught elementary school for CUSD and child development courses for East Los Angeles College. Most recently, I was a preschool director in San Juan Capistrano. I hope my experiences and education will help you to achieve your goals and dreams.

When I am not teaching, you can find me spending time with my husband, two wonderful children and Snickers the wonder dog :)
