Spring 2010 Textbooks

Psychology 1: both in person and online classes:
Huffman, K. Psychology In Action, In Modules (8th Edition). Wiley & Sons Publishing. ISBN: 978-0-470-08363-5, OR Huffman, K. Psychology In Action, (8th Edition).  Wiley & Sons Publishing. ISBN: 978-0-471-74724-6

NOTE: for Psych 1, there are different versions of this textbook.  The bookstore wil have a custom bound “In Modules” edition that will likely be less expensive than the regular spiral bound version if purchased new. The non-modules version is a hardbound textbook. you can choose to purchase ANY version, as long as it is the 8th EDITION. Please feel free to purchase whichever is less expensive. One advantage of the Modules version is that it includes the study guide/worksheets right in with each chapter. I will post the readings for both versions in Blackboard. Also, both copies are on reserve under the instructor's name for students to read at the campus libarary.

Psychology 2 HYBRID class:
Cozby, P.C., Methods in Behavioral Research (10th Edition).  Publisher: McGraw Hill.  ISBN: 0073370223

Psych 3 HYBRID class:
Kalat, James., Biological Psychology (10th edition).  Publisher: Wadsworth, ISBN:  1424074908

Note: The above ISBN # is for the custom version of this textbook sold at the bookstore: a loose leaf 3-hole punch version that only has the chapters we will be covering in this calss.  It is less expensive than the new version of the hardbound 10th edition, but you may be able to find a used copy of the hardbound for less.

Psych 16 online only class:
Mio, Barker, & Tumambing, Multicultural Psychology  (2nd edition).  Publisher: McGraw Hill.  ISBN: 9780073382715
