CTE Transitions

With CTE Transitions (formerly known as Tech Prep), students can earn college credit while still in high school to identify career pathways. Many Career Technical Education (CTE) programs at Saddleback College have agreements with designated high schools and/or ROPs (Regional Occupational Programs). Students can then transfer credits directly to Saddleback College.

There is no cost for the CTE Transitions program. The career pathways are academically rigorous and provide students with the basic skills for post secondary admission and the technical skills to have productive and successful careers. CTE Transitions is an important school-to-work transition strategy, helping all students make the connection between school and employment.
