REAL ESTATE DEPARTMENT

The Real Estate Department in the Business Science Division offers courses in all phases of the study of real estate practice. Programs include courses in real estate business and finance.

Students learn the principles, techniques and problems related to the buying and selling of real property, personal property, businesses as well as real estate appraisal, escrow and financing.

Courses offered through the department may be taken to satisfy the requirements for Certificates or Occupational Skills Awards in Real Estate.
