Judiciary Council

The Saddleback College Judiciary Council seeks to ensure the efficiency, transparency and overall oversight of the current officers within ASG. Mike Luck serves as the chair of the council which seeks to ensure that the Saddleback student government is serving the best interest of the student body. In this council, there are two nominated members from each branch (Senate, Events Cabinet & Inter Club Council) that assist in formulating the standards to which the student government must adhere to. Also, they convene to interpret any discrepancies that may occur during the school year that result in a violation of the constitution that any officer may have engaged in. Luck hopes to “ensure that the Saddleback College ASG is run well and efficiently and ideally have student government have a greater effect on Saddleback and the community.”
