NEWS FLASH: EOPS is currently accepting EOPS applications for Spring 2014. Apply before March 7, 2014.
To apply to the EOPS Program, complete the following:
Step 1: If you have not applied to Saddleback College, submit a Saddleback College admissions application.
Step 2: Complete the Matriculation assessments for English and Math. (Contact Saddleback's matriculation office at (949) 582-4970 or visit them at Village 8 to make an appointment).
Step 3: Complete your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) application at www.fafsa.ed.gov and complete the Board of Governors Fee Waiver (BOGW). Income eligibility criteria for EOPS will be verified through the Saddleback College Financial Aid Office.
Step 4: Once enrolled in 12 units and have applied for Financial aid, complete and submit the EOPS Preliminary Form
Step 5: Submit a copy of high school transcripts if you did not graduate from high school or if your high school GPA was 2.49 or below.
Step 6: Submit a copy of your college transcripts to the Admissions and Records office of all official transcripts of colleges and/or universities you have attended. (Failure to report or withhold information will constitute grounds for withdrawal of consideration for the EOPS program). Priority will be given to those students who have less than 40 degree applicable units.
Step 7: Attend an EOPS Orientation.
Step 8: READ and SIGN the Mutual Responsibility Contract.
